Size guarantee
Did you order the wrong size ARMBND? Or is your ARMBND too small or too big? No problem! We offer a size guarantee with ARMBND, so you can exchange the ARMBND for another size within two weeks after the date of your order. Of course, the ARMBND is still unused. Send us an email with the packing slip of your order and the question that you would like to use the size guarantee, then we will send you the instructions. You can send this email to info@armbnd.com
Defect
Is your product defective? First check our warranty page to see if your product is covered by the warranty. Never just return a product to us. Products that have not been registered in advance will not be processed.
Returns
Do you still want to cancel your order or did you order the wrong product? Send an email to info@armbnd.com within 14 days of receipt. We will then provide you with the correct instructions by email. Of course, the ARMBND is still unused and is in the original packaging. Costs incurred for returning will not be reimbursed.
Never just send a product back to us. Products that are not registered in advance will not be processed.
