Legal warranty
For all items you purchase on ARMBND.com, the Legal guarantee . Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. In addition, as indicated above, we provide an additional 2-month product guarantee on every ARMBND product. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee. For more information about our product guarantee on ARMBND products, read on.
Product Warranty
Read the following guidelines on how to best maintain your ARMBND. So that you can enjoy it for longer.
Product care
| Do not wear ARMBND while sleeping. |
| Avoid wearing jewelry while exercising. |
| Do not wear ARMBND on the beach, in the shower or while swimming. |
| Avoid contact of ARMBND with perfume or hairspray. |
| Avoid contact of ARMBND with makeup and chemical cleaning agents. |
| When you are not wearing your ARMBND, store it in the ARMBND tin so it does not get damaged. |
| Never use chemicals of any kind to clean the ARMBND. |
ARMBND comes with a 2-month product warranty. However, if you do not follow the above rules, the warranty will not be valid. Some examples of things that are not covered by the warranty:
| Defects and damage caused by improper use. |
| Rust or rust spots due to the ARMBND coming into contact with moisture, water or other agents that cause rust. |
| Changes to the product such as repairs not carried out by the manufacturer or designated repair services. |
| Damage caused intentionally, very intensive use, or negligent maintenance. |
| Discoloration or transfer of other products. |
| Scratches on the product. |
The warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be made without the original purchase receipt.
Size guarantee
In addition to the legal and product guarantee, ARMBND also offers a size guarantee. Did you order the wrong size ARMBND? Or is your ARMBND too small or too big? No problem! We offer a size guarantee with ARMBND, so you can exchange the ARMBND for a different size within two weeks after the date of your order. Of course, the ARMBND is still unused. Send us an email with the packing slip of your order and the question that you would like to use the size guarantee, then we will send you the instructions. You can send this email to info@armbnd.com
